Shipping Information

We strive to ensure that your orders reach you as soon as possible. After placing an order, you will instantly receive a confirmation email with details of your order.

It will then be our priority to swiftly dispatch your order. Usually, all items are sourced from our warehouse and dispatched within 48 hours (provided it is a business day). However, we will notify you via phone call or SMS if an item is out of stock and when it can be dispatched.

In Pakistan, we offer a standard shipping charge of Rs. 200 on all orders, regardless of size or weight.

In Karachi, we deliver through our in-house delivery service, typically within 2 business days. For urgent deliveries, please contact us directly.

For nationwide deliveries, we use trusted courier services. The estimated delivery time for other cities is 2–4 business days.

Return & Exchange Policy

  1. We guarantee satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not pleased with a product, feel free to return it. Kindly WhatsApp us at +92-329-3245244.
  2. Our return and exchange policy is valid for 14 days from the date of order delivery.
  3. To qualify for an exchange, products must be mostly unused, with at least 90% of the content remaining.
  4. Eligibility for Return:
    For hygiene and authenticity reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged unless found defective.
  5. Packaging Condition:
    Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition.
  6. We process all return and exchange requests within 3–5 working days.
  7. Delivery charges for the original order are non-refundable.
  8. Customers are responsible for any delivery charges incurred when exchanging products.
  9. In cases of damage or leakage,  Havscnt Fragrances will cover all shipping charges related to the return or exchange.
  10. Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.

Refund Policy

  1. Refunds are applicable within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Products must be mostly unused (at least 90% content remaining) and in original packaging.
  3. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after inspection.
  4. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
  5. If you received a damaged, leaked, or wrong item, we will cover all delivery costs.
  6. Sale items cannot be refunded unless the wrong product was received.

How to Exchange an Item

Email us athavscnt366@gmail.com and mention your order number, reason, and product name.

Send the item back to:
 Havscnt Fragrances (Pvt) Ltd.
Sector 50-A, Near Ghouse Pak Road, Korangi No. 4, Karachi, Pakistan.

Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

Once inspected, we will send your replacement item.

You will need to pay any applicable re-shipment charges.

How to Return an Item

  1. Take pictures of the damaged or faulty product(s).
  2. Email us at havscnt366@gmail.com, attaching the pictures and your order details.
  3. After verification, send the product back in original condition to the same address mentioned above.
  4. You will receive a coupon of equal value for future purchases.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at havscnt366@gmail.com or call +92-329-3245244.

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, they will fall under our Return & Exchange policy.
